By using our website (www.avscarrental.com ), mobile app, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read this page carefully before booking a rental vehicle.

1. Eligibility to Rent To rent a vehicle with Avscarrental, you must: Be at least 21 years of age (age restrictions may vary by location) Hold a valid driver’s license Provide a valid credit or debit card in your name Meet all insurance and identification requirements at pickup

2. Booking and Payment Reservations may be made online, by phone, or in person. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. All rates are subject to applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges. We accept most major credit and debit cards. Prepaid cards may not be accepted.

3. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to pickup may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Late cancellations or “no-shows” may be charged in full. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Vehicle Use Restrictions You agree to: Operate the vehicle responsibly and obey all local traffic laws Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle Not use the vehicle for racing, towing, off-roading, or commercial purposes (unless authorized) Return the vehicle in the same condition and fuel level as at pickup

5. Insurance and Liability Basic coverage may be included as required by law. Optional insurance (collision, theft protection, etc.) is available at the time of booking or pickup. The renter is financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft not covered by insurance or in violation of the rental agreement.

6. Pickup and Return Please arrive on time for your pickup. Delays may impact availability. Vehicles returned late may incur additional charges. A fee may apply for returning a vehicle with less fuel than when it was picked up. One-way rentals and after-hours returns must be pre-arranged.

7. Modifications Reservation changes (e.g., dates, vehicle type) are subject to availability and may result in adjusted pricing. Avscarrental reserves the right to substitute a similar vehicle if the reserved one is unavailable.

8. Prohibited Activities You may not: Smoke in the vehicle (cleaning fees apply) Transport illegal substances Use the vehicle in violation of the law or these terms

9. Privacy and Data Use Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy , which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability Avscarrental shall not be liable for: Any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or delay Lost personal belongings in the vehicle Acts of nature, government restrictions, or third-party disruptions

11. Termination of Rental We reserve the right to cancel, deny, or terminate rentals at our discretion if: You fail to meet eligibility requirements Suspicious, unsafe, or fraudulent activity is suspected Terms of use are violated

12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state or country where the rental originated. Legal disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of that location.
